Refund Policy
We can’t offer returns or exchanges on our Personalised items as they are 100% unique to you, so please be careful when choosing your size. If there is something not right with your order please let as know asap so that we can resolve it for you. You can do that via email ( lisa@pawfectpartners.uk ) quoting your order number this must be done within 14 days of your order arriving.
Damages and Issues
